For Group Tours & Activities – for bookings with 4 people or less
· Cancellations received greater than 24 hours prior to tour commencement are fully refundable.
· Cancellations received within 24 hours of tour commencement are non-refundable.
· All amendment requests are subject to availability and price changes.
· Amendment requests received within 24 hours of departure are at the discretion of LetzGo City Tours, and may be subject to a change fee of up to 50%.


For Group Tours & Activities – for bookings with more than 4 people
· Cancellations received greater than 72 hours prior to tour commencement are fully refundable.
· Cancellations received within 72 hours of tour commencement are non-refundable.
· All amendment requests are subject to availability and price changes.
· Amendment requests received within 72 hours of departure are at the discretion of LetzGo City Tours, and may be subject to a change fee of up to 50%.


For All Private Tours & Activities, as well as Group Tours with more than 10 people
· Cancellations received greater than 30 days prior to tour commencement are fully refundable.
· Cancellations received within 30 days of tour commencement are non-refundable.
· Amendment requests received within 30 days of departure are at the discretion of LetzGo City Tours, and may be subject to a change fee of up to 50%.
· These conditions may be changed on an individual basis.


Late Arrivals & No Shows
Late arrivals and no shows are non-refundable. This is applicable to any tour participant that fails to arrive or arrives after tour departure.


Refunds on Unused Services
All tours are sold as an entire package; as such there will be no offers of partial refunds for portions of a service that a guest has decided not to utilize. If a guest has pre-purchased tickets to any sites visited, or tours or site visits similar to the tour booked from an outside vendor, the company is not responsible/liable for the reimbursement or prorating of any such fees
